OFFICIAL INAUGURAL SEASON OF PRO TEAM POKER IS SET
The Southwest Poker League (SWPL) will kick off its first season in Nevada in the fall of 2009, it was announced today by Norb Ecksl, President of the AAA PTP. “After almost five years of research and development we take great pride in the launch of this newest sports venture,” said Ecksl.

PRO TEAM POKER IS BORN
One of the most exciting and innovative new sports events that fans will want to see is Pro Team Poker. And the establishment of the All American Association of Pro Team Poker was announced today by Norb Ecksl, President of the AAA PTP. “We have developed the newest team sport. It gives the sports fans and poker fans the excitement they long for.”

A few weeks ago, I was privileged to witness a new twist on the game of poker that will likely take the poker world by storm, “Pro Team Poker.”
I was introduced to the concept about a year ago, but I was not aware of the addictive qualities that this new sporting event could have. After participating in a single exhibition match, and being a part of the action, I was hooked.
